Dr. Greg Forsyth
Dr. Greg Forsyth is a Global Key Opinion Leader for Bausch and Lomb and lectures for them as part of their National Speakers Bureau. He has lectured in NY, PA, FL, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Denver. Dr. Forsyth assisted the upper management of B&L at their National Sales Meetings as a content expert to the reps. He will be lecturing at the AOA Convention in June in Washington, DC. Dr. Forsyth does clinical trials and studies related to contact lenses currently for B&L and CooperVision. He is also writing articles for CooperVision on fitting of their multifocals that can be read on their e-letter Focus in Presbyopia. In the past Dr. Forsyth served on the Advisory Board of Ocular Sciences prior to their sale to CooperVision.
Dr. Forsyth still practices full time at eyecarecenter North Raleigh with Dr. Scott Bedsole. Dr. Don Cloninger and Dr. Greg Forsyth perform the eye care for the athletic teams at North Carolina State University as part of N.C. State''s Sports Medicine Group.
Dr. Scot Bedsole
Dr. Scott Bedsole grew up in Raleigh. His father, Doyle, practiced optometry here for over 35 years. In his youth Scott was an Eagle Scout and played soccer for Sanderson High School. He went to Wake Forest University, receiving his bachelor''s degree in 1979.
Dr Bedsole earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. After returning to Raleigh to practice with his father for several years, he joined eyecarecenter. In 1995 he and Dr. Greg Forsyth formed a partnership to open their North Raleigh office.
Dr. Bedsole is a member of the Eastern District Optometric Society , the North Carolina Optometric Society, and The American Optometric Association. He is married with one daughter. In his free time Dr.Bedsole enjoys boating, fishing, and Hurricanes Hockey.
