Alison Bailey, OD

Alison Bailey, OD, is a board-certified optometrist in Charlotte, NC at eyecarecenter. Dr. Bailey grew up in Rockingham, North Carolina and attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate degree. Although she planned on pursuing marine biology, Dr. Bailey discovered an interest in a medical-based career after taking several anatomy and physiology classes. She has been practicing at eyecarecenter in Charlotte, North Carolina, for the last 22 years.

Dr. Bailey is married and has a daughter attending Clemson University. She is a member of the North Carolina State Optometric Society and the American Optometric Association and serves as the Area Medical Director for EyeCare Partners. When she is not seeing patients she can be found hiking/mountain biking or curled up with a good book.
