About Amy Keene
Amy Buchanan-Keene, OD, is a full-scope optometrist in Dobson, North Carolina at eyecarecenter. Dr. Keene graduated first in her class at Inter American University of Puerto Rico (IAUPR) School of Optometry in 2011. Following her graduation, Dr. Keene completed an optometric residency in ocular disease and primary care at Mountain Home VA Medical Center.
Dr. Keene is experienced in the treatment and management of all ocular diseases. She enjoys treating patients of all ages - including providing pediatric eye care. Dr. Keene has also taken a special interest in the management of myopia including the use of MiSight contact lenses and atropine. During her free time Dr. Keene enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
