Ilan Dock, O.D.

Dr. Ilan Dock received a Bachelor of Science in biotechnology from California State University in 2015. Upon completion of his undergraduate work, he further continued his career as a research assistant at a Harvard Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. In search of bringing health and wellness to the community, Dr. Dock made a bold career change, entering the fitness industry prior to pursuing his eventual Doctoral studies.

In 2021, Dr. Dock graduated summa cum lade with a Doctorate of Optometry from the honorable Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus at Drexel University). Additionally, Dr. Dock attended an extended clinical rotation through the Veteran Affairs Clinic in Charlotte North Carolina, with an emphasis in ocular disease and primary, adult eye care.

Dr. Dock has been described by many as an outdoorsman. His hobbies include travel, hiking, fishing, and wood working. He takes pride in being just as devoted to his patients as he is to his family and faith. Currently, Dr. Dock practices at our Sanford location and looks forward to working with you soon!
