About Michael Baldinger
Dr. Michael D. Baldinger, OD, grew up in Charlotte and stayed in North Carolina for his undergraduate degree at Appalachian State University. Once he finished optometry school at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, he returned home to provide eye care in Charlotte, North Carolina and has worked at the eyecarecenter on South Boulevard ever since.
Dr. Baldinger specializes in a variety of services, including cataracts, diabetic eye care, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and more. When not seeing patients, he has a small business and enjoys trying to keep up with his three kids on the local mountain biking trails.
