About Sita Patel

Sita Patel, OD, is a comprehensive optometrist in Charlotte, NC at eyecarecenter. Dr. Patel is a graduate of East Carolina University and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2013. She has worked at eyecarecenter since 2016.

Dr. Patel is a member of the American Optometric Association, North Carolina Optometric Society, and Piedmont Optometric Society, where she served on the board for two years. Dr. Patel's interest in optometry sparked when she received her first pair of glasses in the 6th grade. As she started shadowing local optometrists in high school and college, she knew optometry was for her! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, eating Thai food, and staying busy with her son.
